After a major hail storm in 2018, we had our house re-roofed by another roofing company that has since gone out of business. In the years since we have had several emergency situations where the ventilation turbines have ripped right off the roof, or broken so that there were large holes on top of the house. In both situations we called Pickle for "Emergency Repairs." On both occasions they were able to get out here lightning fast, to cover the holes that were created to protect the house, because of additional pending storms. They were also lightning fast at getting out here to replace all of the lousy turbines the previous roofing company had installed. Had we known about them in 2018 we would have had them do the whole roof. We definitely will next time! ~ Aaron M
Pickle Roofing has been a wonderful contractor for all our hail damage repairs! They are nearing completion of some $2.2mil in repairs to all the townhomes in the Village at Twin Creeks from the 5/19/23 hail event; they have been attentive and professional every step of the way. Randy, the "Big Dill" has been terrific, as well as Frank and Carlos O. I saw and spoke with one or more of them every day for about 6 weeks and they were always on top of everything and very quick and responsive to any issues. Carlos O. was a daily fixture in our neighborhood the entire time and he was very professional, courteous, and a real pleasure to work with. It was a long, arduous, and disruptive process to all our lives but I couldn't be more pleased with their work and professionalism. ~ Connie N
Wish I'd known of Pickle Roofing years ago. No roofers I've used match the high standard set by this remarkable company. Randy, Travis, and David truly put the customer first. The communication prior to installation was exceptional. The day of installation the team arrived on time.Taking appropriate precautions to safeguard my property, the beautiful new roof was completed by mid-afternoon. I observed that David thoroughly inspected the roof before the crew departed. As an illustration of Pickle Roofing's concern for highest quality customer service, Travis came to my house and made a secondary inspection.
