After a major hail storm in 2018, we had our house re-roofed by another roofing company that has since gone out of business. In the years since we have had several emergency situations where the ventilation turbines have ripped right off the roof, or broken so that there were large holes on top of the house. In both situations we called Pickle for "Emergency Repairs." On both occasions they were able to get out here lightning fast, to cover the holes that were created to protect the house, because of additional pending storms. They were also lightning fast at getting out here to replace all of the lousy turbines the previous roofing company had installed. Had we known about them in 2018 we would have had them do the whole roof. We definitely will next time! ~ Aaron M

Pickle Roofing has been a wonderful contractor for all our hail damage repairs! They are nearing completion of some $2.2mil in repairs to all the townhomes in the Village at Twin Creeks from the 5/19/23 hail event; they have been attentive and professional every step of the way. Randy, the "Big Dill" has been terrific, as well as Frank and Carlos O. I saw and spoke with one or more of them every day for about 6 weeks and they were always on top of everything and very quick and responsive to any issues. Carlos O. was a daily fixture in our neighborhood the entire time and he was very professional, courteous, and a real pleasure to work with. It was a long, arduous, and disruptive process to all our lives but I couldn't be more pleased with their work and professionalism. ~ Connie N

It was a pleasure dealing with Pickle Roofing. Travis was our rep and he was very professional and managed the replacement of our hail damaged roof perfectly and as promised--integrity goes a long way with us. He worked with our insurance company to make sure nothing was missed in their assessment of the damage of our roof, fence & gutters. The things that made Pickle Roofing our choice for our project were the GAF product they offer, family owned company, Randy and Travis live in our neighborhood and we saw their crews working all over our neighborhood after a hail storm caused almost every home in the subdivision to need a roof replacement . Pickle Roofing installed two roofs for us and both installations were excellent experiences. The employees were professional and polite, always showing genuine appreciation for my business. After the second roof was installed, we had the rainstorm of a century and I noticed a leak. They quickly fixed the leak and the owner followed up to make sure the roof was sound. Although the leak ended up not resulting from their work, they made certain the leak was eliminated. Many installers disappear after the installation or slow roll the repairs once they are paid. Randy and his team from start made my project and the experience pleasant. They were engaged, detail, and professional. The whole process, including prior, during, and post installation were impeccable. From the start, every employees involved in the project were fully engaged, knowledgeable of their job, and pleasant to deal with. Pickle Roofing replaced my roof in 2015. Originally, my insurance company denied my claim. The Pickle project manager (David) suggested that I arrange for another roof inspection by the insurance company, with Pickle's project manager present. David and my insurance adjuster spent nearly an hour on the roof, with David pointing out obvious damage that the adjuster had simply missed. Our full roof replacement was approved shortly afterward. I had waited quite a while before deciding to turn in my claim for massive roof hail damage in our neighborhood. I saw roofers sweep through replacing neighbors roofs right after the storm. I survived the onslaught of everyone of them coming to my front door claiming they were the best to do my roof. I was skeptical of some of the claims I heard. I needed help in choosing - - - to separate the “wheat from the chaff.” I turned to my son in Allen, TX. who had recently replaced his roof. He immediately recommended 30+ year old Pickle Roofing. I then did my own “vetting” and saw nothing to dissuade me from his recommendation. Recently, after returning from vacation, we noticed a couple of shingles were out of place from a strong storm that had come through the area. I called the office and reported the issue. Pickle Roofing did an excellent job with our roof. They have on-site supervision of the work being done, and that makes a huge difference. We have several Japanese maple trees growing under the eaves and the crew was very careful and nothing was damaged. They also send another supervisor back at the end of the day to double-check the work and cleanup. The crew that did our roof were happy and cheerful, and that says a lot about who Pickle hires and how they treat their employees. Pickle Roofing did an excellent job on our roof! From the very beginning of the process, Travis was very professional in explaining what will be done, timing, cost, insurance claim, etc. The actual work was completed as promised within 2 days (in intense 100+ deg. heat!), and the crew left our property quite clean of debris, nails etc. They were respectful of our home and a pleasure to work with. An awesome experience, from start to finish. Jason, my salesman, worked with my insurance adjuster to make sure everything was taken care of, coming out early in the morning to be here for the adjuster’s inspection. He continued to follow up with me and the crew during the installation and after the job was completed to make sure everything was perfect. The company’s inspector, project manager and workers were all polite, considerate and hard working, completing the job in a day. They took their time to make sure cleanup was done properly and even came back for a second cleaning just to make sure they’d gotten everything. I appreciated the explanations of the materials used and how the process was done, as well as the timely communications from their office to set up the installation. My roof looks amazing, and Jason was even kind enough to take down and re-hang some of my pictures so they wouldn’t be damaged by the vibrations. Absolutely the best roofing company in town. Wanted install solar fans on roof after new roof had been done approx. years ago. Easy to schedule appointment, the friendly and competent Juan Gonzales showed up, able to help with recommendations, kept in contact on his arrival and during course of work. I am very happy with his workmanship. He definitely knows what he is doing as I had already had some bad experiences from other roofing companies and the run around, no-shows, no-calls. Pickle replaced my roof in 2014 and that experience was flawless. But what was even better was the follow-on care. When a piece of flashing came loose 3 years later they came out and fixed it, no charge, no questions asked. Again 2 years later a diverter (kind of like a gutter) starter to leak and drop water on my pool equipment when it rained. Again, all it took was a phone call. Boom. Fixed the next day. And then this year, 7 years after the initial install, we sold our home and the inspector for noted a popped roofing nail. Pickle sent folks out to fix it. Anyone can put on a roof, there are literally hundreds of contractors in the DFW area, some good, some not. But I have never worked with anyone who stands behind their product like Pickle. I have recommended them to a dozen friends and everyone of them has had the same great experience. Pickle roofing is the real deal. A roof is probably the single largest expense you will ever deal with as a homeowner, and with Pickle by your side, you can be sure you are getting it right. ~ John B

Top notch Roofing Company. Replaced our roof twice in last 10 years due to Hail Storms. Replaced roof, added Gutters, repaired small area of siding that accidentally got damaged while replacing the roof. Outstanding service! Quality work in everything they do.
